Terms of Service

These terms apply to maxwep.com, our development and marketing services, and our products ResponseBee, Affilix, and EarningPe.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the MAXWEP website, engaging us for services, or creating an account on ResponseBee, Affilix, or EarningPe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, services, or products.
2. Description of services
MAXWEP provides web development, app development, design, and marketing services, connects clients with vetted developers, and operates the SaaS products ResponseBee and Affilix and the mobile app EarningPe. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any service engagement are agreed separately in a project scope, proposal, or statement of work.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into an engagement or create a product account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Client and user responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project or account information, respond to requests in a timely manner, use any work product or software delivered to you in accordance with the agreed scope and these terms, and not use our services or products for any unlawful purpose.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for hourly, project-based, or retainer service engagements are billed according to the terms agreed at the start of the engagement. Subscription fees for ResponseBee, Affilix, and EarningPe are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and are subject to the pricing shown on each product's page at the time of purchase. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or suspension of a product account.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work product created as part of a service engagement transfers to the client upon full payment. MAXWEP retains all rights, title, and interest in ResponseBee, Affilix, EarningPe, and our own site and branding, and no license to these is granted except as expressly stated in a separate product agreement or these terms. MAXWEP retains the right to reference completed service work in its own portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information disclosed during a service engagement or product use with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the engagement or as required by law.
8. Third-party services and integrations
Our products may integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, task boards, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Service level and support
We aim to provide reliable, timely service and support for our products and engagements, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support channels and response-time expectations for product subscriptions are described on the relevant pricing page.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable project agreement. Product subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The site, services, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXWEP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, services, or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MAXWEP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, services, or products, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAXWEP is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before either party pursues formal legal action.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site, services, or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date at the top of this page.
